Summer is upon us, and we here at the Portland Dems are gearing up for a busy season leading up to the midterms this fall. Will you join us?

Our next regular PDCC meeting is Thursday, 6/16 from 6:30p – 8:00p via Zoom (register HERE).

We will be taking care of some exciting business and we hope you will join us! You can find the full agenda HERE. Highlights include

  • Electing a new PDCC chair!
  • Planning up for our “We Won’t Go Back” Rally & Organizing Event this July!
  • Learn other ways to get involved this summer!

A reminder that this Tuesday, 6/14 is Election Day! HERE is a sample municipal ballot, if you’d like a sneak peek.

  • Today until 7pm is the last day for in-person absentee voting at City Hall.
  • Polls are open on Tuesday from 7:00a – 8:00p.
  • If you are voting using an absentee ballot, make sure it arrives with the City Clerk by 8:00p on Tuesday. If you have not already dropped it in the mail, your best bet is to drop it off in the secure drop box at City Hall!
  • Find your June 14th polling place here

Lastly, an awesome opportunity to get involved this weekend:

Join the MDP in canvassing for Governor Mills! We will be knocking doors this Saturday, 6/11 from 10:00a – 11:30a (ending just in time to join March For Our Lives). Will you join me? Sign up HERE!

This Saturday: Meet the Democratic Candidates (In Person)

This Saturday at 3pm, join other Portland Democrats to meet the Democratic candidates running on your June Election ballot!

This is an in-person and outdoor event. Masks encouraged when not actively eating or drinking. Parking is available in the back lot on a first-come-first-serve basis, or on the street. Handicap parking spots in front lot are available.
