Results of the Statewide Referendum Election - November 4, 2025
On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Mainers voted on two citizen-initiated ballot questions:
Question 1, was defeated 64% to 36%: 315,008 (No) to 175,751 (Yes)
Question 2, passed 63% to 37%: 307,911 (Yes) to 181,601 (No)
